Cynthia Gray Hines is a partner with Gray Consulting and Investigations and is the CEO of WesGroup, a governmental affairs firm. A Pine Bluff, Arkansas native, Hines is a graduate of Jackson State University, Leadership Mississippi, and a Certified Project Master.

She is a board member of the MVSU Foundation, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and serves as the chair of Delta Rhythm and Blues Greenville.

The daughter of Lula Gray and the late Rev. H. O. Gray, Hines is married to Rep. John Hines of Greenville. Together, they are the parents of adult children living across the country.
